AGRA, India: What happens after a customer returns a product? How does an owner decide whether a new digital tool is worth using? These practical questions are reflected in the shared Agra programme accompanying MSME Business Summit, which will be held with Global Startup Summit on 24 October 2026 at Hotel Grand Imperial.

The Agra gathering gives local entrepreneurs a place to meet without leaving the city. Owners can step away from daily operations, compare experiences with other businesses and make professional connections. That exchange can start with a familiar concern, whether it involves customers, the information used to run a company, or the next stage of growth.

The customer conversation will include Richa Bansal, Founder and Director of Purple & Pink Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd, and Vishal Verma, Founder and CEO of Aikia Flavours. Their announced session, 'The Second Sale Begins With the First Return', brings attention to what happens after the first purchase and why that experience deserves a place in business discussions.

Arpit Gupta, Founder and CEO of Gropto, will feature in 'Before the Bot: The Data an MSME Can Actually Trust'. For owners considering new technology, the discussion brings attention to a basic operating concern: whether the information inside a business is dependable enough to guide decisions.

For entrepreneurs considering investment, Hardik Chadda, Director of Hankernest Technologies, will feature in 'The Evidence Room: Proving a Startup Before Equity'. It adds a capital-readiness perspective to a programme that also considers customer relationships and business operations.

Speakers at the Agra gathering also include Mohit Sureka, Founder and CEO of Mojo Capital and Global Startups Club, and Jignesh Shah, Founder and CEO of Insignyx Technologies and a charter member of Global Startups Club. Their participation connects the gathering with the club's founder and charter-member community.

Shri S. P. Singh Baghel, Union Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying and Panchayati Raj, will be present at the event.

The gathering also brings together brand partners Mojo Capital, 3X Events, 100X Brands, Just You and House & Habit, alongside Global Startups Club.

The summit gives Agra's business community a shared place to discuss these questions and make new professional connections. It will be held on Saturday, 24 October, at Hotel Grand Imperial, Agra. Programme and registration details are available at summit.msmebusiness.news/agra.
